Senior Quantity Surveyor

Necto Selection are recruiting on behalf of a growing Fit‑Out contractor based in Newry with projects across NI, ROI, and UK.
With a strong pipeline of projects across Retail and Commercial, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take lead on several projects within a fast‑paced environment.
The Role
* Prepare cost estimates by analysing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
* Produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs) through take‑offs.
* Carry out all QS duties including measurement, valuations, and agreement of works.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and site teams on cost and commercial matters.
* Manage schedules, valuations, variations, and financial reporting across pre‑ and post‑contract stages.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
The Person
* Relevant commercial experience at Senior Level
* 5 years’ Fit‑Out sector experience
* Strong desire to progress and grow with the company
* Ability to manage multiple, fast‑paced projects
