Position: Female Care Assistants
Salary: £27,922 a year

About the Role
As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes helping them to remain independent, supporting them and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship, and other support tasks that assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy, and content within their own home environment.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of skills including knowledge within the sector, empathy, self-awareness, effective communication, and traits as a positive carer, demonstrating high levels of care and service delivery.
All training face to face
We offer a 45 hour per week contract, on a two-week fixed roster. There is the opportunity for additional overtime should you wish to supplement holiday and staff absence.
Qualifications
* In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a driving licence and your own transport.
* An enhanced DBS and references will be required upon a position being offered.
* Good timekeeping is essential.
* Computer-based knowledge is essential.
* Fixed term Sponsorship/ COS available for the right candidates within the UK.
