Job Description
In April 2020, Stroud District Council internalised its Repair Service. Property Care is looking for a resource planner to work within a fast-moving and friendly office environment. You will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers, diagnosing and scheduling repairs for the Council’s homes, liaising with operatives, contractors, tenants, and handling other administrative tasks.
You need to communicate effectively with a variety of people and remain calm in stressful situations or when dealing with challenging customers. The role requires administrative and scheduling experience, proficiency with computers, especially data inputting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to cope under pressure.
This role requires enthusiasm, energy, and a team-oriented attitude.

Salary: GBP 27,711 per annum
