The Role
Senior Data Analyst – responsible for leading high‑impact analysis and driving data‑informed decision‑making across marketing, product, and commercial functions. You will shape strategy by translating complex data into actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders. As part of a small, high‑visibility data team, you will have end‑to‑end exposure to the Veygo customer journey and set standards for analytics, reporting, and experimentation across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic analysis across marketing, product, pricing, and customer experience, aligning with business OKRs and influencing decisions at a senior level.
* Own and evolve reporting frameworks, leveraging tools such as Snowflake and Tableau to deliver scalable, high‑quality dashboards and insights.
* Drive data quality and governance, ensuring consistency, reliability, and accessibility of data across the customer lifecycle.
* Translate complex data into clear narratives, delivering compelling recommendations that influence stakeholders and shape business strategy.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across marketing and product to measure performance, evaluate experiments, and uncover growth opportunities.
* Champion best practices in analytics, mentoring others where appropriate and contributing to the development of tools, processes, and standards.
* Build scalable analytics solutions, ensuring reporting and data models can support Veygo’s continued growth.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes through data.
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst (or equivalent) with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights that drive business decisions.
* Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern BI/visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau), with the ability to design robust data models and dashboards.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior audiences and confidently challenging assumptions using data.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a structured approach to tackling complex business questions.
* Experience working in cross‑functional environments (e.g. marketing, product, commercial), ideally within a fast‑paced or growth‑focused business.
* Passion for data storytelling, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and raising the bar for analytics capability.
Interview Process
Our interview process is transparent and streamlined. It typically comprises two stages:
* Initial conversation with the Talent team.
* Technical and cultural interview with the Head of Data and Analytics plus another senior stakeholder (onsite).
