At Soar Autism Center, we are on a mission to create a network of interdisciplinary clinics dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism and their families. Our focus is on early intervention, comprehensive support, and developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to each unique child. We utilize an integrated approach to autism care, emphasizing a play-based model of ABA therapy grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.
What You'll Do
* Plan and Deliver Therapy: Oversee and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
* Conduct Assessments: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans.
* Implement ESDM: Design and execute services based on the Early Start Denver Model, a play-based therapy approach.
* Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside speech, occupational therapy, and mental health professionals.
* Monitor Progress: Track client development, update treatment plans, and communicate changes with families and team members.
* Engage with Families: Partner with families to set goals, build relationships, and support them throughout their journey.
What You Have
* Educational Background: A minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
* Certification: Current BCBA certification is required.
* Experience: Previous ABA early intervention experience is essential.
* Preferred Qualifications: Background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is a plus.
