With over 25 years of success, Ramora is a family-owned, nationwide provider of commercial cleaning and facilities management services, supporting high-profile clients including Shell, BP, and UK public sector organisations.
Role Description
The Regional Area Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shenstone. This position involves overseeing daily operations across assigned locations, managing teams, ensuring quality service delivery, and liaising with clients to meet their requirements. Key responsibilities include setting performance targets, optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring staff productivity, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Qualifications
* Operational Management and Leadership: Expertise in managing day-to-day operations, supervising teams, setting and achieving performance targets, and leading by example.
* Client Relationship Management: Strong communication skills to maintain client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
* Facilities and Cleaning Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning services, facilities management, and sustainable practices.
* Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and make informed decisions.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
* Flexibility and Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the regional area.
* Previous experience in a similar management role is preferred.
* Health and Safety Recognised Qualifications preferred .
* Forecourt and Petroleum Experience Preferred but not essential.
