Do you have the commitment and values to make a real difference to the lives of people with support needs?
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support in a variety of settings, including supported living, residential services, and out in the community. Whether it's helping with daily living tasks, supporting with appointments, or encouraging participation in hobbies and activities, your role will be vital to helping others thrive.
Support individuals with day-to-day activities and personal care needs
Accompany individuals on outings, appointments, and community activities
As a Support Worker, you'll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job - you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
The purpose of this role is to provide support with day to day tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry, personal care, medication, social activities and finances. Some of the people we support are quite independent already and would normally access the community without support, whereas there are others who are supported to access the community for shopping and social activities.
We have full and part time positions available with a variety of shift patterns.
We will train and develop you to become a great support worker if you:
~ have genuine empathy for the people we support, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through difficult times.
