What about the job, and what we're looking for

We are expanding our high-performing sales team and seeking a driven team leader to lead, mentor and motivate a team of Client Relationship Managers in our Business Development department while actively driving new business.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll lead from the front, bringing in new clients while coaching and motivating your team to achieve success. The more your team wins, the more you earn through a competitive commission and team commission structure.


Who we’re looking for

* A proven biller with the ability to lead in business development, sales, or recruitment
* A confident, driven, and results-focused sales professional
* Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or recruitment sales
* Strong communication & negotiation skills; an actual ‘closer’
* A motivator & leader; with the ability to inspire a team
* Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
* Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Resilient, ambitious, and self-motivated; a go-getter who wants to lead and earn big
* Mentor, and lead a team of client relationship managers
* Ability to coach, motivate, and support & enrich ongoing performance
* Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in sales techniques


New Business Development & outbound Sales

* Identify and engage with potential clients to sell our full range of IT project delivery & recruitment services
* Proactively generate leads through all available methods (Old & New Gen methods)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in tech companies
* Understand client needs and position our services effectively
* Track and manage both personal and team sales activity using CRM software
