THE ROLE: Own and execute the engineering roadmap Drive architectural decisions for distributed data processing, ML pipelines, and web architectureEnsure systems can scale to handle massive datasets and evolving ML workloadsChampion best practices around testing, observability, incident response, and documentationSet standards for AI-assisted development practices at scale YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Backend, Web, Data Engineering, Data Science, QA, and DevOps Understanding how ML models are delivered, deployed, and maintained in productionFamiliarity with the ML lifecycle: feature stores, model deployment platforms, pipeline orchestrationExperience working at the forefront of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) THE BENEFITS: You will receive a salary, dependent on experience.
