* Shopping & Leisure: Shopping, charity shops, garden centres
* Pampering & Personal Care: Nails, hair, pamper sessions
* Creative & Cultural Activities: Arts and crafts, baking, drama classes
* Social & Entertainment: Eating out, parties, coffee mornings, cinema
* Music & Shows: Music (80s, Celine Dion), coastal visits, car shows
* Outdoor & Nature: Parks and walks, gardening
* Family & Community: Seeing family
These activities aim to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being while building a sense of community and belonging.

Role Overview
You’ll support adults with a range of needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health. You’ll help them flourish in a place they call home and empower them to live fulfilled lives. You’ll provide high-quality support tailored to individual needs, and you’ll help with activities like cooking, art, or listening to music, as well as movie nights and food outings. You’ll also provide personal care including support with continence needs, health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. You’ll help them maintain good levels of personal and environmental hygiene. You’ll follow our procedures to provide consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
Qualifications
* Essential
* Good general education
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
* A commitment to undertake training and development
* Desirable
* RQF Level 2 or above in social care
* Previous experience within social care setting
* Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
* Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT user
