Role Overview
As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in sourcing, attracting, and placing engineering professionals within the engineering specialism of your choosing. This is a 360‑consultant role, perfect for someone commercially driven, people-focused, and excited by the challenge of building a desk within a high-growth department.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Delivery
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing engineering talent.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate network across your chosen engineering discipline
* Advertise vacancies, headhunt talent, and utilise modern recruitment tools to attract high-quality candidates.
Client Development
* Develop new and existing client relationships, identifying hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Attend client meetings (virtual and on-site) to understand business requirements and build long-lasting partnerships.
* Consult clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
