The Role
The Bar Manager will lead one of the hotel’s vibrant bar concepts, delivering standout cocktails, exceptional service, and a buzzing social atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage bar operations and service delivery
• Lead, train, and inspire the bar team
• Drive beverage innovation and guest engagement
• Control stock, margins, and budgets
• Ensure licensing and compliance standards
• Support bar pre-opening and concept launch
About You
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a premium venue
• Passion for cocktails, drinks culture, and service
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercial mindset with creative flair
