Job Description
A National Accounts Coordinator has a key responsibility, working independently to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. Your role contributes to the efficiency of the organisation, supporting specific areas, working across teams, and resolving issues. This position offers a secure, long-term career in a stable industry and company.
As an Apprentice Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, completing modules on time and attending college as required.
* Work shadow colleagues to develop understanding of office procedures through on-the-job training.
* Utilise Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Learn Crown administrative procedures and how to use in-house software.
* Build relationships and maintain regular contact with customers, updating them on open work orders.
Additional duties include CRM support (loading account details, verifying accuracy, loading opportunities), assisting with forecasting, checking shipping and build times against project plans, liaising with project managers and sales admin, participating in regional meetings, managing the National Accounts Truck library, preparing installation and warranty reports, setting up contracts, managing asset movements, and updating fleet lists and PM schedules.

Essential Skills:
* Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Friendly demeanor and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Minimum GCSE grades A*-C / 4-9 in Maths and English or equivalent.
* IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software.
* Efficient and accurate work ethic.
* Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Desirable Skills:
* No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a successful team are essential.
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
