Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant based in Cardiff. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, and offering assistance with various tasks related to the letting processes. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients via phone, email, resolving issues, and providing information on available services. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
