Shifts: Nights (4 on 4 off OR 4 nights a week)

Responsibilities
* Overseeing the workshop team during your shift, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
* Supporting and mentoring technicians, providing guidance when needed
* Allocating jobs and monitoring progress to keep workflow on track
* Carrying out hands-on maintenance, servicing, and MOT prep on trailers and HGVs when required
* Ensuring all compliance, health & safety, and VOSA standards are adhered to
* Liaising with management to provide shift updates and highlight any issues
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HGV Technician with the ability to step up into a supervisory role, or previous experience as a Shift Supervisor/Workshop Foreman
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in HGV maintenance preferred, or time-served background
* Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
* Solid knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and VOSA requirements
