Web Developer and Systems Manager The AMA: The Arts Marketing Association (AMA) works with individuals and organisations in the arts, culture and heritage sector. We provide training, networking and support to enable arts organisations and marketing teams to build better relationships with audiences. We have 4300 members across the UK. We are currently trialling a4-day working weekuntil the end of September 2024 to improve work-life balance for our team, with the hope of making it permanent. This means you would work 32 hours (including breaks) each week for a full-time salary. Most of the team usually take Fridays off. We are a fully remote UK-based organisation. The role: We are looking for an experienced web developer with a strong background in WordPress, HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript/JQuery, who can play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our two main websites. Were also looking for someone who supports and believes in our organisational values and is excited about working towards our vision, and being an integrated part of our small, ambitious team. The Web Developer and Systems Manager will help design and implement systems that integrate our third-party services and streamline our workflows and work closely with the team on developing new products and services to help achieve our goals. They will take ownership of both front-end and back-end development while helping shape our core systems and infrastructure. This will be a very collaborative role, and would suit someone whos looking to take ownership of digital projects from start to end. This role gives you the opportunity to go beyond traditional website development and be involved in the full lifecycle of our web applications. You will work closely with the team using your experience in web technologies to expand your skills into new areas.
