Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 per annum, rising to £23,000 after successful probation
Grade: CM10
Location: 4 Simonsburn Road, Lorenton Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LA
The role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented cash processor to join our team. Responsibilities include handling, counting, and verifying cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Key duties include:
1. Processing cash assignments accurately, meeting deadlines and requirements.
2. Identifying discrepancies and reporting them appropriately.
3. Preparing all allocated items, including ATM cassettes, for receipt and dispatch.
4. Balancing daily cash totals.
5. Wrapping, strapping, and weighing cash by denomination and type.
6. Standing or sitting for long periods, including manual handling.
7. Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Performing other duties as delegated.
What you'll need on day one

* Strong numeracy and keyboard skills.
