My client are currently hiring for a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager and PMO, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of the project. The role will include the coordination of the various resources, reports and schedules to maintain and execute the projects effectively.
PMO Project Coordinator
18 Month FTC
Monday – Friday (40 Hours)
Key Responsibilities as Project Coordinator:
Use of MS Project to track and manage the overall portfolio of projects
Management of relevant documentation e.g.: plans, RAID, charters etc
Assist in identifying, allocating, and managing resources (people, equipment, budget) across projects.
Prepare and generate real time reports on project status, progress, risks, and issues.
Support in monitoring projects against time, budget, and quality standards.
Identify key dependencies and critical paths to ensure projects are aligned to deliver
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.Knowledge & Skills as a Project Coordinator
Previous significant (Minimum of one year in a role) experience of MS Project and its use to manage a portfolio/programme of activity rather than individual projects
Methodical with good organisational skills & attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Maths & English to minimum GCSE standard or equivalent
