You will assist with the organisation and delivery of mandatory and specialist training, including areas such as dementia, catheter and continence care, and help maintain and develop our in-house training programme as the organisation grows. The ideal candidate will have experience in health and social care, a keen interest in learning and development, and a willingness to work towards relevant trainer qualifications. You will also support staff onboarding, contribute to auditing activity, undertake training-related administrative tasks, and act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors to our offices.Core skills required
