Address: Walsham le Willows CEVC Primary School, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 3BD Salary: £24,027 pro rata (£12.45 per hour) Hours: 19.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year plus PD days as required 8 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Wednesday (non-negotiable) Contract: Permanent. Required for September 2025 Reference: 7591 We are looking for an efficient Administration Assistant to join our wonderful school to work in the main office and provide reception duties. You will be entrusted with general office and administrative duties, communicating effectively with all members of our school community, including parents, families, pupils, staff and visitors. You will: be highly organised have experience of working in an office setting have good communication skills have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise your own workload and maintain confidentiality at all times have the ability to work as part of a team have good IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (as a school we also use ParentPay and Arbor. Training on these packages can be provided).
