We’re partnering with a fast-growing company operating in a highly technical environment. They are looking to hire a senior lawyer to take ownership of the legal function and work closely with leadership as the business continues to scale internationally.
Responsibilities
* Commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
* Product and regulatory support
* Corporate, governance and compliance matters
* Building legal processes, playbooks and scalable infrastructure
* Supporting international growth across the UK, US and Europe
Qualifications
* Strong commercial and generalist legal experience
* Experience in startups, scale-ups, or legal operations.
* Exposure to legal operations, process building, or self-serve frameworks
* A practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk
* Interest in AI, emerging technology, or complex technical products
This is a high-ownership role with close exposure to founders and leadership, suited to someone who enjoys building, improving processes, and operating in fast-moving environments.
