A large, well-organised GP Training & Research Practice in North Somerset is seeking a Salaried GP for 5+ sessions. The practice combines the resources of a larger organisation with a structured, low-pressure working day, strong MDT support and excellent feedback from existing GPs.
Salary & Benefits
1. £11,500 – £13,000 per session dependent on experience

3. 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

6. Structured 2-week induction (no clinics until week 3)
Workload & Structure
7. 11 patients per session
8. 15-minute appointments
9. Virtually no home visits
10. No traditional duty doctor model
11. Limited on-call: 1 day every 3–4 weeks (supporting a Partner-led system)
12. Strong triage and signposting – GPs see appropriate patients only
13. Daily coffee break + team lunch
14. Monthly GP meetings
