We are seeking an inquisitive and analytical individual to join our Industry team.
The MMB Industry team provides guidance, content, and insight to colleagues across MMB on how an Industry-led approach to sales and consulting helps have differentiated growth-led conversations with clients and prospects.
The Knowledge Manager/Analyst will take ownership of selected Industries and act as the subject matter expert on BBE-linked issues and priorities affecting those Industries, and what this means for clients and prospects.
You will lead in researching and developing Industry content and events in collaboration with Industry Leaders and assist in team projects as necessary.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. Location is flexible and can be based in Birmingham, Bristol, Chichester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Manchester.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading as the main subject matter expert on 2-3 Industries, in collaboration with Industry Leaders.
2. Proactively researching industry trends and creating thought leadership, issues-led growth material, and events to support our growth through Industry-fronted consulting.
3. Developing new propositions based on Industry needs.
4. Driving growth in revenue and client portfolio across defined Industries/sub-Industries, supporting Industry Leaders and Practice Leaders.
5. Becoming a subject matter expert on BBE Issues/Megatrends affecting the Industry and translating this into EH&B and MMB/MMC solutions.
6. Engaging and collaborating with external stakeholders within the UK Industry landscape (press, trade associations, etc.).
7. Coordinating regular Industry roadshows across UK MMB offices (travel required).
Minimum requirements include proven analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, CRM experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience researching clients and Industries.
