We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing issues and executing repairs efficiently. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
* Diagnose and repair faults in various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
* Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
* Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop environment.
*Experience*
* Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is essential.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to automotive repair.
* Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models is advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important.
* A valid driving licence is required
