Job Summary Due to growth, we are currently looking for a Transport Planner to join our growing team to work full time nightshift. The Transport Planner will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the transportation of goods and materials in the most utilising way. Ensuring efficient routes and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Shift Pattern Night Shift - Hybrid Working. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the drivers are effectively managed. Manage driver & vehicle scheduling to ensure all deliveries/collections meet customers expectations. Deal with any issues that arise, and problem solve effectively. Ensure activities within operations are carried out with the highest regard and in accordance with legal, environmental and company policies. Requirements Previous transport planning experience Knowledge of Tachograph & WTD Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties. Excellent communication & organisation skills Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
