Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead multi-channel activity across paid search, paid social, SEO and email, driving lead generation and brand visibility. You’ll also play a key role in hiring and mentoring a direct report, building capability and raising the bar for performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and deliver the marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO and email.
* Drive lead generation and campaign performance using data and KPIs to maximise ROI.
* Manage budgets and optimise spend for measurable growth.
* Hire and develop a direct report to build a high-performing marketing function.
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Proven B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing experience with strong digital acquisition skills.
* Hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social, not just agency oversight.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
* A fast-paced, strategic approach and excellent communication skills.
