Create memorable guest experiences by ensuring our accommodation is clean, secure and welcoming. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily cleaning operation, support your team's development and maintain high standards across all areas.
What you'll be doing
Supervise cleaning operations across accommodation units
Allocate duties and develop your team to maintain high standards
Monitor cleaning standards and ensure maximum security is maintained
Motivate the team and promote a positive working culture

Part time
Fridays and Mondays only, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Will include bank holiday shifts
1 hours paid travel and free bus from certain locations

Confident, sociable leader with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new apps / software
Motivational approach to team engagement
Empathetic and supportive approach to leading a team
