Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes involves supporting young people through their daily lives, celebrating both high and low moments. Our night support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults. This rewarding role includes challenges but also small victories that make a big difference.
Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Our night support workers find fulfillment in making positive impacts, celebrating every small achievement.
Responsibilities
Providing overnight care and support, including assisting young people dealing with trauma, illness, or emotional distress. Building trust and rapport is crucial. During quieter times, tasks include paperwork, cleaning, and laundry. The role focuses on understanding each young person's needs and guiding them toward a positive future.
