Experienced Teaching Assistants Required – Cranborne, Wimborne, Dorset

Teaching Personnel are an education-based agency working with SEN provisions across the Dorset area. We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support a specialist further education college that provides both day and residential support for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role:
* Supporting students aged 16–25 with complex needs
* Delivering 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategies
* Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
* To start ASAP (subject to vetting)
* 8:30-4:30, Monday-Friday
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within SEN, ideally ASC and/or SEMH
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A calm, patient and resilient approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Pay: £22,996 to £25,068 (Actual annual salary, dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hourly Rate: £12.87 to £14.03 p/hr.
These are full-time roles with an immediate start, subject to vetting and compliance checks.
