Experian Data Office is looking for a Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects within the Data Management function, ensuring agreement on strategic goals and the realization of measurable benefits. These projects are essential for driving operational efficiency, managing costs, enhancing oversight of data use and spend, and supporting industry transformation. Through structured governance and proactive partner engagement, the role will coordinate delivery, manage risks, and embed sustainable outcomes across the organization.
Important Responsibilities:
1. Programme Leadership:
* Define and maintain the programme structure, ensuring understanding of strategic goals.
* Translate team goals into projects and workstreams with clear scope, deliverables, and owners.
* Provide direction and oversight to workstreams, ensuring consistent delivery.
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks.
1. Partner Engagement:
* Manage relationships with partners across the Data Office and wider business (legal, compliance, technology).
* Facilitate communication to manage expectations and secure agreement for programme goals.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights into programme performance and strategic effects.
* Lead workshops, steering groups, and partner forums.
* Ensure accurate reporting of programme status, risks, and dependencies.
* Support assurance activities, including audits and reviews.
2. Benefits Realisation:
* Support projects with analysis and define measurable, realistic benefits aligned with organizational goals.
* Work with business owners to embed changes and ensure benefits are realized and sustained.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and lessons learned.
3. Continuous Improvement:
* Promote learning and improvement across the Data Office, demonstrating tools like EmPower or Lean Six Sigma.
* Identify improvements to BAU and project delivery methods, tools, and templates.
* Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance future delivery.
* Stay informed of industry trends in programme and change management.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Degree or relevant experience in Business/Data Analysis, Process Consulting, or Project Management.
* Programme or project management certification (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP).
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (e.g., EmPower).
