We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating production equipment to meet quality and output standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and schedules
* Measure and inspect finished product to ensure it meets tolerances and quality standards
* Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
* Monitor equipment and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance
* Load raw materials and manage output, including safe handling of materials
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Accurately document production data and shift reports
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Compensation and Benefits:

Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Prior experience in wire drawing or machine operation
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Basic math and mechanical skills
