Our client, a market-leading manufacturing company, are seeking a FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their team in Ledbury!

Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM to 4:00 PM
Excellent hourly rate of £12.50 (this will increase in April 2026)

A supportive and friendly team environmentDuties to include:
Receiving & checking and book in the supplier deliveries & returns
Operating Forklift Truck
Process, check & load customer shipments ready for dispatch
Maximise warehouse space and support line side replenishment
Ensuring all components are clearly identified and stocks are easily manageable
Carry out inventory stock counts
Complying with all quality system requirement
Maintaining good working practices and housekeeping especially in the yard & warehouse
Making stillages for sending goods out
Following company health & safety proceduresRequirements:
Valid FLT Certificate - Reach Truck preferrable, however, Counterbalance will also be considered
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Punctuality and reliability
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
Physical fitness, as some tasks may require lifting and standing for extended periods
