We are seeking a hands-on Reliability Engineer to lead our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) team at our Thetford site. Reporting to the Reliability & Planning Engineer, this role plays a key part in ensuring our assets run efficiently, reliably, and safely.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the execution of the site's 52-week PPM schedule.
* Documenting all maintenance activity using our CMMS system and ensuring accurate parts usage.
* Identifying reliability improvements, implementing approved changes, and contributing to continuous improvement.
* Ensuring critical equipment is maintained to support uninterrupted production.
* Upholding site safety, compliance, and engineering standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
1. NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
