We are recruiting an Experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will receive the following benefits: car allowance, pension scheme, and 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
About The Role For An Electrical Contracts Manager
Key responsibilities include:
 * Liaising with clients
 * Preparing and submitting tenders
 * Reading drawings
 * Calculating costs of materials, labour and equipment hire
 * Obtaining quotations to cover all requirements
 * Collating detailed costs for each project
 * Working with clients, sub-contractors and staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
 * Assessing and adhering to all Health and Safety requirements
 * Completion of end-of-project documentation including O&M manuals
Candidate Requirements
 * Electrical qualifications and relevant work background
 * Previous experience in a similar role
 * High organisational skills
 * Good planning skills
 * Full UK driving licence
