What you'll do Carry out M&E condition surveys, checking the mechanical and electrical plant to ensure it meets the original brief. Youll review the programme of works and agreed specifications, giving you a chance to influence the quality of the projects. Attend on-site meetings with design engineers and project managers, where your input will shape the ongoing design and installation work. Youll be snagging work to make sure it meets the required standards, which will give you a strong sense of ownership.
