As Quality Engineer for our client your role will involve the following: perform all 1st off inspections carry out First Article Inspection Reports have experience of using CMM alongside conventional measuring equipment carry out in-process inspection alongside final inspection liaise with customers with any issues that need resolving be responsible for quality assurance have a good understanding of aerospace procedures and quality issues have a general knowledge of common plating processes calibrate all measuring equipment use MRP system on a daily basis carry out all corrective actions organise all necessary paperwork for dispatch For your application for the role of Quality Engineer to be successful you will need the following: recognised relevant qualification or time served apprenticeship excellent problem solving skills with the ability to innovate strong working experience gained xjlbheb with manufacturing/engineering excellent verbal and written communication skills must be able to program CMM strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30
