It’s complex work — and it relies on strong project leadership to make sure everything aligns.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where organisation, communication, and leadership are essential.You’ll:• Manage and deliver large, multi-disciplinary highways surveys • Oversee projects involving asbestos, structural investigations, topographical surveys, PAS 128 utilities, and ecology • Work closely with clients to shape briefs, proposals, and project scope • Coordinate multiple business units across the Lucion Group to ensure smooth delivery • Plan site activities around client-provided traffic management • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and clear communication • Support and guide internal teams to meet the specific demands of highways projects • Step into survey duties on major schemes where requiredIn short: bringing structure, clarity, and control to complex projects with multiple moving parts. **About You (Technical, Organised, Solutions-Focused)**You understand that large-scale projects rely on coordination, communication, and practical decision-making.You’ll likely:• Hold **BOHS P402 (or equivalent)** • Have experience in the **construction or infrastructure sector** • Understand **National Highways requirements** • Be familiar with multiple survey disciplines and how they work together • Have strong knowledge of asbestos regulations, HSE guidance, and quality processes • Be confident managing clients, expectations, and competing priorities • Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders • Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to project deliveryUseful extras (not essential):• Construction-related degree or HND • Contractual awareness (training provided) • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teamsYou’re organised, credible, and someone others rely on to keep projects moving in the right direction. **What You’ll Get in Return (Because Good Work Deserves Good Support)**We look after our people so they can focus on delivering quality work.
