A market-leading specialist packaging company in the UK with a £20m turnover, having tripled the size of the business in the last 7 years. They are the highest quality provider in their market in UK. Clients include DHL, Kelloggs, P&G, BT and Camelot.
The Role - Immediate and Summer Starts
* Field-based sales role, covering clients across the UK.
* Prospecting for new business, following inbound leads, and contacting warm or dormant clients across various industries.
* You will manage some existing clients and aim for a target of £100K in new business revenue to grow your client base.
* Initially, more time will be spent in the office for training; once established, expect to work around one day per week remotely for post-sales administration.
* Visiting up to 4 clients per day, including high-value clients for regular account management.
* There will be considerable travel, including overnight stays.
* Training will include external courses and shadowing successful directors.
Package
* Starting salary of £27-32K (dependent on experience), with a first-year OTE of approximately £40K. The successful candidate can expect to double their base salary in 5 years. Some employees with around 10 years in the company earn over £95K + £45K bonus.
* Company car (likely VW Passat or Audi), with fuel expenses covered.
* Phone and laptop provided.
* Annual discretionary bonus and expenses account included.
Profile
* Valid driving license and confidence in motorway driving.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Ability to think quickly and handle difficult customers.
* Experience in face-to-face sales or customer service.
* Reside within 1 hour of the West Yorkshire office.
