Location: Busy Bees in Great Yarmouth (Ofsted-rated Good nursery, capacity 71). The setting is recently refurbished and located on the grounds of James Paget Hospital with excellent transport links and staff parking.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children, with progress tracked and communicated to parents.
* Act as Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children\'s development and building positive relationships with families.
