A purpose-driven UK law firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) or Knowledge Lawyer to join its nationally recognised Charity & Social Enterprise team. This newly created senior role offers the opportunity to shape the team's knowledge strategy and support lawyers working with some of the UK's most prominent charities, mission-led organisations, and philanthropists.

Description
This PSL role is central to maintaining technical excellence and thought leadership across the firm's charity law practice. Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring legal and sector developments and providing timely internal updates
* Drafting and maintaining precedents, tool-kits, and guidance materials
* Responding to legal queries and supporting internal training programmes
* Contributing to client-facing content such as webinars, alerts, and events
* Supporting knowledge-sharing systems and firm-wide knowledge initiatives
* Engaging with external bodies such as the Charity Law Association
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
* Significant experience in charity law, including governance, regulation, and fundraising
* Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
* A passion for knowledge management and legal education
* Prior PSL or knowledge management experience is desirable but not essential
