Instrument Build Technician – Oxford, UK

We’re currently seeking a motivated Instrument Build Technician to join our Engineering team in Oxford. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment.
? Key Responsibilities
* Assemble, test, and pack high-quality devices in a controlled production setting.
* Follow operational procedures and health & safety policies.
* Accurately complete manufacturing records and maintain traceability.
* Respond efficiently to production quality issues using standard procedures.
* Collaborate with production leads and engineers to resolve build issues and suggest improvements.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with production upgrades.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace.
* Manage stock control and complete transactions accurately during production.
* Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role.
* Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
* Skilled in assembling complex electromechanical products.
* Familiarity with mechanical and electronic engineering processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
