The Best Connection is recruiting for a friendly and reliable School Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming school environment.
Working Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pmPay rate is £12.85 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments
Carrying out general reception and administrative duties
Using a PC for basic administrative tasksYou will be working alongside another member of the reception team each day and will not be left on your own for long periods.
Requirements:
Confident and approachable manner
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic PC skills
Previous reception or school-based experience is desirable but not essentialDBS Check:
A valid DBS is preferred; however, a DBS can be arranged if required.
