About the role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Implementation team. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, managing relationships during implementation, providing training, and supporting data migration.
Core responsibilities
* Managing projects to onboard schools and sixth form colleges to the Arbor MIS, including overseeing data migration processes.
* Scoping and planning projects to ensure key milestones and objectives are met, aligned with client goals.
* Leading calls and meetings to address customer priorities and coordinate with relevant teams.
* Supporting schools with training to help them achieve their objectives.
* Preparing client-facing documentation and presenting during Implementation to ensure milestones are achieved and projects stay on track, including managing client status updates and risks.
* Serving as an escalation point for risks and dependencies.
* Planning mitigation strategies and providing solutions for project risks.
* Ensuring overall onboarding success and positive customer outcomes.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in Customer Onboarding, Project Coordination, or Project Management, preferably in a SaaS environment. Additional qualities include:
* Experience implementing enterprise SaaS software.
* Ability to manage complex projects in an agile environment within tight timeframes and budgets.
* Experience guiding organizations through change management processes.
* Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven culture with strong organizational discipline.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and data interpretation to understand client needs.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
* Willingness to travel to client sites approximately 10% of the time.
