We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join a leading engineering contractor delivering high-profile projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a £10 million BMS package on a flagship development, with strong long-term prospects and continuity of work.
Salary/Package
* £85,000 - £90,000 Basic Salary

Key Responsibilities
* Managing the delivery of a £10M BMS package on a major London project
* Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
* Overseeing design, installation, commissioning, and handover phases
* Managing project programmes, budgets, and resource planning
* Ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards
* Leading project meetings and reporting to senior stakeholders
Desired Experience
* Proven experience delivering large-scale BMS projects
* Strong technical understanding of BMS systems and controls
* Background working with Tier 1 contractors or major M&E projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials
* Based in or willing to work in London
