Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant. The person will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for clients and submitting VAT returns along with regular client contact. This position is based in Colchester, Essex with the option to work from home for up to 2 days per week. Qualifications At least 2 years Bookkeeping experience (preferably in a practice environment) Proficiency in Accounting Software such as XERO, Quickbooks and Dext Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Relevant Accounting qualification would be beneficial but not essential The Client offers (post probation) the opportunity to WFH 2 days per week. 22 days holiday plus BH
