CRM Manager - Wellness Brand
2950MH £35,000 - £50,000 London (Hybrid) Permanent Post, Client Side, Mid Level
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager to join a fast-growing wellness brand in London! This retailer has secured investment from some exciting backers, to help accelerate their growth on a global scale and this is one of their key hires! It will be a very hands on role to begin with but there is future scope to build your own team and department.
You will join a small but growing team of 30 people and work in a high-performance culture. A passion for the wellness space is a MUST!
About the role:
* Ownership of their CRM Channel and strategy.
* Work closely with their email marketing agency to execute technical CRM improvements.
* Own and manage the CRM content calendar, working closely with internal teams to launch weekly campaigns via Klaviyo platform.
* Set up and implement advanced segmentation to target relevant customers.
* Carry out A/B testing to optimise email content, send times, subject lines etc.
* Reporting and analysing campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
About You:
* +3 years experience working in a CRM/Email Marketing role
* Previous retail, wellness, eCommerce experience
* Passion for health & wellness is essential
* ESP experience - ideally Klaviyo
* Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced start-up and thrive!
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
