In this full-time, office-based role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via email and phone—offering support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to quality and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone with professionalism and warmth
Logging, tracking, and resolving queries quickly and efficiently
Liaising with internal teams to follow up on customer needs
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Helping to improve the customer experience through feedback and suggestions
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident phone manner and a proactive attitude
A team player who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
