If you’re a Paid Social Manager who blends data rigour with creative curiosity, this role offers genuine impact, autonomy, and fast-tracked progression.
The Paid Social Manager will take ownership of a high-growth performance function—leading Meta campaigns while branching into TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You'll partner cross-functionally to turn insights into action, creativity into clicks, and ideas into measurable growth.
Role Highlights
– Own the paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
– Optimise structure for campaign testing, scaling, and efficiency
– Drive creative collaboration to unlock data-led ad performance
– Report on performance with tools like Triple Whale, informing leadership decisions
– Identify emerging trends to maintain a fresh, culturally relevant paid strategy
You Will Need
– Expert-level knowledge of Meta platform and campaign architecture
– Hands-on experience with attribution tools (Triple Whale preferred)
– A balance of creative instincts and data-led thinking
– Confidence to lead cross-functional partnerships with creatives and marketers
– A growth mindset and curiosity to explore emerging channels
