?? Payroll Manager (Maternity Cover) ?? Hybrid (3 days in office) | ?? Finance Full-time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract ?? £ We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a busy, creative theatre environment. You’ll lead payroll across multiple companies, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time, supporting both backstage and front-of-house teams. What you’ll do
* Run end-to-end payroll across multiple entities
* Process salaries, expenses, pensions & statutory payments
* Maintain accurate employee records and HMRC compliance
* Lead payroll reporting, forecasting & year-end processes
* Support rota, timesheets & workforce systems
* Be the go-to for payroll, pay & pension queries
?? What we’re looking for
* CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Strong multi-payroll & pensions knowledge
* Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Cascade or similar)
* Advanced Excel skills & high attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing deadlines
