Role & Responsibilities
You will be committed and dedicated to supporting a young gentleman with Autism, following a detailed person‑centred care and support plan. Shift patterns will vary across Monday‑Friday during school hours and we can offer 14 or 28 hours per week.

The gentleman we support is an active member of his local community who enjoys being outdoors and physically active, swimming in his pool, spending time with family and friends and driving. We are seeking colleagues who can drive and can support him with activities and goals.

Supporting him with medication

Cooking

Assisting and prompting with personal care

Maintaining the home and managing their finances

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Experience of Autism, Sensory processing and ARFID would be welcomed.

For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.

We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front‑line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. From 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.86 per hour.
